Hourly maintenance check list - Orv Neisingh - 07-08-2026 The Rotorway manuals do a poor job of listing which services are to be performed at what hour interval in my opinion. As such I put together this check list to hand out to all of my clients to help keep their maintenance on schedule. Your helicopter may have different components with their own time schedules but this guide should apply to most Rotorways. Feel free to use it if you want. RE: Hourly maintenance check list - Homer Bell - 07-15-2026 Some of the items on those lists are totally unrealistic. I’m not changing the ballast weight clip at 100 hrs. for example. Another thing on this list is rotor head breakout pressure, 8 to 12 lbs. if it’s 4 lbs. and it flies smooth, leave it to hell alone !!!
