Rotor shaft main Cog drive - Graeme Smith - 04-01-2026

I am putting together another order for the main cog drive system, both big and small cogs 'with the spoke design' the more I order in one order the cheaper it is, if you are interested just drop me an email, gssmith1951@gmail.com
the open spoke design, similar to the old chain cog allows the engine hot air to pass through it

Be sure to use a cog belt tensioner on your cog drive Graeme.

Hi @Orv Neisingh Yes I always use a back side tensioner it mounts to the plate you can see below the belt.
That is my main and small cog belt pulleys, I use the spoke design very similar to the old chain cog design so there is a lot of open space between the spokes, thus allowing hot air to pass through and together with the dog box electric fan it keeps the engine bay a lot cooler , and that hot engine air is not going through the radiator.
