| Terms of Service (RotorwayForums.com) Effective Date December 28th, 2025 1) Acceptance of These Terms By accessing or using RotorwayForums.com ("we", "us", "our", the "Forum"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Forum. 2) Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Forum. By using the Forum, you represent that you meet this requirement. 3) Accounts & Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for security reasons. 4) Community Rules You agree not to post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available content or conduct that: - Is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory - Encourages violence or wrongdoing - Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploits minors - Contains malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise accounts/systems - Impersonates others or misrepresents affiliation - Violates privacy rights (e.g., doxxing) or shares personal data without consent - Infringes intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, etc.) - Is spam, unsolicited advertising, or disruptive promotion We may also enforce additional posted guidelines, forum rules, or category-specific rules. Moderation decisions are final. 5) User Content, Attachments & License Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you post (including text, images, videos, files/attachments, links, and messages). You represent that you have the right to post it and that it complies with these Terms and applicable laws. Attachments. If the Forum allows file attachments, you agree not to upload files that are unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that contain viruses, scripts, or other harmful code. We may restrict file types or sizes and may remove attachments at any time for safety, storage, policy, or legal reasons. License to Us. By submitting content to the Forum, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/display), and display that content solely to operate, promote, and provide the Forum and its features. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except to the extent it has been shared with others, quoted, archived, or is retained for legal/security purposes. 6) Copyright & DMCA We respect intellectual property rights. Third-party services are not under our control and may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk. 8) YouTube Upload Feature If enabled, the Forum may provide an optional feature allowing you to connect your own Google account to upload videos to your own YouTube channel. Your use of that feature is subject to these Terms and any applicable Google/YouTube terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload any video content and that it complies with YouTube policies. 9) No Affiliation With Google/YouTube RotorwayForums.com is an independent community forum and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or YouTube. Google and YouTube are trademarks of their respective owners. 10) Data Use / No Sale of Personal Information We do not sell personal information. We use information only as described in our Privacy Policy, including for operating the Forum and providing optional features you request (such as the YouTube uploader). 11) Hosting & Availability The Forum is operated by the owner located in Idaho, USA, and is hosted using professional third-party hosting services and infrastructure. We may use service providers to host the Forum, store data, deliver email, and provide related technical services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Forum and may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency actions that may result in downtime. 12) Safety Disclaimer (Aviation / Mechanical / Technical Topics) The Forum includes discussions about aviation, aircraft, engines, maintenance, modifications, and operational procedures. Content is shared by community members for informational purposes only and may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsafe. You are solely responsible for verifying information through appropriate manuals, qualified professionals, and regulatory requirements before acting on it.
