Rotorway Forums Video Guides
#1
This thread will contain videos to help new users navigate some of the features available on Rotorway Forums. It's recommended that you view the videos at 1080p quality by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner of the video and selecting "Quality" -> "1080p".

How do I create new threads, add photos and videos?

00:00 - Create a new thread
00:28 - Thumbnail vs Full-Size images
00:51 - Adding thumbnail image to post
01:32 - Adding full-size image to post

Guys, that’s way too complicated for me to follow. I might be able to do it if I watched that video 40 times. You probably won’t see any pics or video from me anytime soon soon.

Hi Homer, if the video is on Youtube, pull up the video like you are going to watch it then go up to the address bar at the top of your page and click on the address, it should turn blue, copy the address by putting the cursor on it and hold control on your keyboard while typing C to copy. Now that address is saved. Go to your post and in the post hold control and type V to paste it into the post. That works for me and the videos posted fine.

Please do Homer, I know that you have such a wealth of information to share with the Rotorway community and since we cannot go back and see your many posts on the ROG, it would be great to put them here on this forum for new enthusiasts to be able to read and learn from. If we do not put it here, when we are gone all of that wisdom gained from experience is gone with us. That is why I have been going through my records and digging up past posts to share on this forum so that they will not be lost to the community. We can all learn from each other and you have many stories to tell.

Just to be clear, the way I understand it is.
All videos must be uploaded to YouTube.
Then you post the Youtube link here.

For me, some of my videos, I do not want on Youtube.
So those videos I would just post on FB.

But the pictures can be posted here.
