Youy also mentioned that you need ADS-B.  I would recommend getting one that has Wi-Fi out so you can get ADS-B in on a tablet.  The only tablet I have found that is truely sunlight readable is the one sold by iFly (you don't need to use their software).  I run the FltPlan app on it.  It is free and has free sectional updates as well as many other features.
