i'll add in the dimension for initial installation aswell.
mine is currently off and the only place i found a dimension was in the 500hr maintenance/service videos. same for the counterweight.
lower stop goes 18-7/8" above the lower bearing shoulder. then finely adjusted after install per above instructions.
and the counterweight goes 6-7/8" below the mast knuckle
this is a great lesson you've shared with us Orv, and that makes me wonder why we dont teach or practice stuck flight controls more often...?
