Lyle, Did you ever come up with a solution to the body pan alignment. I fought that battle until i finally gave up and just settled for 'what is'. Wasted way to many hours on it. Leveling, shimming, bending, twisting. Some places the resin is thick, some it's thin? My project is from two different kits produced a couple years apart. Trying to use the older panels first and save my never used panels for spares down the line. But you would think they came from different factories/molds/technicians. I think first set was a pre-RotorX set of Talon panels, and the second set is a just prior to bankruptcy set of "Pheonix" panels. I just need to lower my standards.
