this is kind of what i'm coming to aswell.
but no i have not mounted my seatback yet,
i just finished re-skinning my tailboom and installing that which needs to be on for all body panels to be aligned, so soon i will get to drilling my seatback. this is all fiberglass which is easy to fill, sand, and drill again if need be so there's peace of mind in that.
thanks for your feedback, its frustrating, but these body panels we're not made in a precision jig, but rather a rough molding.
believe it or not Robinson cabins are not perfect either, theyre closer, but if you try and fit a door from one to another... goooood luck.
