yes freight would not be cheap.
If you do make your own scoops then make the opening as close as you can get to the vertical join in the panel and make the scoop at least 25mm off the body, the air at that place is laminar but further back it is turbulent so very little air will go into the scoop if the air is turbulent.
Don't forget to fully cover the entire top of the radiator so all the air that gets to the top face of the radiator is from outside, I also enclose the bottom of the radiator with another shroud so the fans cannot pull air other than through the radiator
