temp stickers
#1
who's got a list of temp sticker locations and temps?

i know the belt pulleys are 170/180 so a 160-170-180-190 sticker is what i'll run,

i'll have bearing temp gauges for secondary, main, and tail rotorbrearings aswell. but want stickers here at these locations too.

anyone have any other recommendations?

im replacing mine due to age... these dont last forever and i dont think should be trusted beyond 10 years.

We usually place them on the upper secondary bearing housing and the TR drive pulleys. I also place them on the fan drive pulleys as well.

Anyone have a good resource for these? I seem to have misplaced my originals and mine are coming due for replacement as well.

these seemed to be well priced, reputable and come in packs of 10.

they have a great search tool so you can hone in on your temp range. same size as original temp dots

i know robinson dictated temp stickers are changed every overhaul at least, but they strongly recommend them get replaced as soon as they are in question or exposed to water. so i think its a good idea to replace them with belts every 2-3 years the pulleys come out anyway and they arnt expensive. being in a colder climate i also opted to have mine read 10 degrees lower than the alert temp of 170°
