Here are the instructions for the BlueStreak Governors in PDF format.

took a minute to figure out how to upload... initially it was 45MB's after scanning it and while it would show it uploading, it would never "stick", i compressed it with an online PDF compressor and now its about 3 MB's and uploaded nicely.

We have a 30MB limit on pdf files here, that's why it wouldn't upload until you compressed it. If you ever have a need to upload larger than that after compression, let me know and I'll adjust the limit for anyone that needs it.
