Excellent resource, thanks for putting this together. As someone who's still 6–12 months from first flight, having a structured condition inspection checklist is gold. I'll definitely be incorporating this into my maintenance binder.

Quick question: do you also have a pre-flight checklist you use, or are you starting from the Rotorway-supplied one? I've been building my own based on the manual, but adding items specific to my install (aftermarket EFIS, electrical checks, and failure modes).
For European builders, I'd also make sure corrosion inspection is clearly covered—not just in the condition inspection but as part of routine checks as well. The damp Irish climate is rough on unprotected metal, and I regularly see early surface rust even on hangared aircraft. That’s especially true for steel components, but also worth watching on aluminum parts, fasteners, and control systems.
Probably less aggressive in Arizona, but still something I wouldn’t ignore.
