Jared, can you add pdf files to post like we do jpgs?
I had to convert my pdf to a jpg before I could post it.

Hey Geno! You need to be in the full editor mode (either when creating a new thread or by clicking the black "New Reply" box within a thread) to access the "Attachments" area where you can drag and drop or click to find your pdf to upload. It should work, if that doesn't work for you, let me know!

Yes, that works.
Is there a way to get the pdf picture into the post (like a jpg) or do you have to click on it to see it?

Sure! I just created a new html-style code you can use in your posts to accomplish this.

1. After you upload the pdf file and create your post, it's saved to our server.
2. Right-click the file you just uploaded (talon-3view.pdf) within your post and click "Copy Link". This will copy the web address (url) to that pdf file.
3. Edit your post and paste that URL (CTRL+V) into your text.
4. Add the tags around your url.
[pdf] https://rotorwayforums.com/attachment.php?aid=16 [/pdf] (without spaces).

It should look like this:

I may simplify this further by adding notification after uploading a pdf file to ask if you'd like to embed it into the end of your post automatically in the near-future.

That could be very helpful Jared.

It needs to be as easy as posting a jpg picture.
Something like "Add Pdf image to post" on the bottom with the other selections.
